Every Director of 2020 SPORTS is a parent. Our own parents nurtured and encouraged all of us to be our best and contribute to society in positive ways. Our personal development was also aided in sometimes significant ways by our siblings, relatives and by close friends.

We therefore understand the important role that these, often experienced, support and advice networks play in an individuals professional career and life development.

Some of our own children are young adults. Those of 2020 SPORTS with kids in their teens and early 20’s know that life’s lessons are not greatly dissimilar to when we were their age. The big differences nowadays seem to be more about how these challenges are packaged and presented. To compound this, constant societal and technological change has meant the goalposts seem to be ever moving and elusive.

Simply because all 2020 SPORTS partners are parents, we understand the values, goals and concerns that parents have in relation to their children, no matter what age those children may be. To this end:

• Our highest priority is the wellbeing of your child, with an emphasis on:
• The development of their talent;
• the strengthening of their character and;
• the ability to balance their commitments to family, education and sporting life.
• Each of our Directors have undergone a “Working with Children” check with the NSW Police Force. These records will be made available to you on request.

It is policy that none of our clients are younger than 16 years of age.

At 2020 SPORTS we know that once your son or daughter enters into a partnership with us, we are taking on a huge responsibility that forms a duty of care. We acknowledge this responsibility and advise that we will endeavour to ensure the safety, security and protection that you yourselves as parents would provide to your own child during their “journey” to achievement of their sporting goals.

2020 SPORTS not only welcome but encourage you as parents or close friends, to be forthcoming with any questions you may have, no matter how insignificant you may feel they may be.
